Return Policy


We offer a 30‑day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receipt of your item.

To qualify for a return, goods must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or purchase proof is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label together with shipping guidelines.

Goods returned without prior return application will be rejected.

Damages & Order Issues


Please examine your order upon delivery. Contact us right away if you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Non‑Returnable Items


The following categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants etc.)
  • Custom‑made & personalized items
  • Personal care / beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases

Sale‑priced merchandise and gift cards are also non‑returnable.

Exchanges


For a swift replacement solution: return your current item. After your return gets accepted, place a brand‑new order for your desired product.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period


For orders delivered to the European Union, you hold the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no reason required.

Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Purchase proof is necessary.

Refunds


We will send you notification after receiving and inspecting your returned parcel, informing you whether your refund application is granted.

If approved, funds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note banks and credit card issuers may need extra processing time to post the refund to your account.
